I started working out just to work on my fitness for basketball and to get some strength.
Why I Love It:
Working out is awesome because you stay in shape and I love to see the results.
How I Stay Motivated:
Keeping my goal in mind, and not stopping till I get there.

What do you think about people who "grunt" loudly while working out? Do you do it?
I think that they are just intense about their workout, which is good. Grunting is something that I do as well.

I usually just rock the long sleeve shirt with a t-shirt on top, so I can build up a good sweat.
