I started trying to lose weight early on in my college years, which pretty much entailed running and eating healthy. The weight came off pretty quickly, as prior to that I was not very active. I began adding weight training a couple years after losing the weight and really liked the results. I continued to work out, lift, and eat healthy since then. I only stopped, while I was preggo with my now 2 yo daughter...big mistake b/c I gained 60 pounds and have since lost 50 of it...but my body has changed. I am still continuing my efforts to sculpt my body and I am seeing reults that I am very excited about!

I am feeling good today. I have changed my diet (increased calories) and changed my workout routine (less cardio/more weights) and I am excited to see the changes. I've been on this new regimen for 2 weeks now and so far it has been working well and it's so nice to not be starving...
