How I Started:
I started trying to lose weight early on in my college years, which pretty much entailed running and eating healthy. The weight came off pretty quickly, as prior to that I was not very active. I began adding weight training a couple years after losing the weight and really liked the results. I continued to work out, lift, and eat healthy since then. I only stopped, while I was preggo with my now 2 yo daughter...big mistake b/c I gained 60 pounds and have since lost 50 of it...but my body has changed. I am still continuing my efforts to sculpt my body and I am seeing reults that I am very excited about!
Why I Love It:
Working out is my hobby. It makes me feel good about myself and empowered.
How I Stay Motivated:
I remind myself of what it feels like to reach my goal.

For all those men who say, 'Why buy the cow when you can get the milk for free?', here's an update for you. Nowadays 80% of women are against marriage. Why? Because women realize it's not worth buying an entire pig just to get a little sausage!

I am feeling good today. I have changed my diet (increased calories) and changed my workout routine (less cardio/more weights) and I am excited to see the changes. I've been on this new regimen for 2 weeks now and so far it has been working well and it's so nice to not be starving...

Your progress pictures are showing your hard work. I see strength when I look at your pictures and I, like many other guys, think strength in a woman = sexy.
Looks lick Valentines is in the air? And nice form fitting shirt to hug the dangerous curves. Keep up the good work in the gym because you are looking great!
