As soon as you mention a new way of eating, especially one that involves not drinking during college, they think diet which they relate as being 'girly'. So every now and then I would catch some jokes and have guys say things like 'come on dude. One night won't change anything'. But when I'm committed to something its 100% so nothing would change that. In the fall I had tried a 12 week workout program complete with exercises supplement stack and nutrition. Days 83 & 84 End of the Transformation

Day 83: Biceps and Triceps DTP Superset: Triceps Pushdowns with V-bar handle/Biceps cable curls 50,40,30,20,10,10,20,30,40,50 Second to last workout and I tried to keep the intensity up. Started well on both exercises but curls got heavy fast so i jumped by 5 lbs only. On the other side triceps was a bit light so i upped it by 20 on the last 2 sets. I used the FST-7 principle of stretching and contracting my biceps after each curl set. I really felt it in the whole of the muscle and the forearms. The way down was tough so I adjust the weight accordingly and did some rest pauses when needed. Hi...
