Its that simple.
Almost done with week 10 and I've lost fat gained muscle and am stronger and leaner than evern.
I can't reccomend it enough. If you want to make a change and can stay disciplined you will see results

As soon as you mention a new way of eating, especially one that involves not drinking during college, they think diet which they relate as being 'girly'. It was early January and I was bored at work surfing bodybuilding.com. I was just browsing the new supplements and articles wondering what was new.
