Protein Shake

Peanut Butter Sandwich
2 Whole Hardboiled Eggs

Meal 4:
8 oz Chicken Breast
Vegetables

OR

Salad with Chicken Breast

Meal 5:
2 Packs of Buddig Lunch Meat (chicken, turkey, etc.)
1 Cheese Stick

Meal 6:
Chobani Yogurt
Fruit

8 oz Chicken Breasts or Ground Beef or Steak, etc.

mbogier This week is GVT (10x10 = 100 reps)!!! I always love this week and usually end up going for about two weeks. Bring on the pain!!!

mbogier Well I finally weighed in for this week and I actually gained 0.3 lbs. Ugh! So that means this week's goal is a 2 lb loss to 177.7!

  • The one thing that helped me get over the plateau was to cut carbs after lunch. I only have nuts, fish, chicken, lean beef and green veggies after lunch.

mbogier Had to delay my weigh-in for tomorrow. Found worms in the dog's poop this morning so to Petco I went and bypassed gym. I love my Bentley:-)

mbogier I achieved my goal and finally broke 180!!! Today I weighed in at 179.4! Next week's goal is 178.4! #theshredcontinues
