For prep, you will need a suit, tanning supplies(Jan Tana is pretty good, but I have also used Pro Tan), pick a song and practice a 60 second routine for the night show, practice posing. Check out www.californianaturalmuscle.org. Bob & Tina are the promoters of the show in July, good friends of mine and they have posing classes around April-May. Let me know if you have anymore ???s.

Yes, there are a few shows here local, those are natural shows. There is the NGA in Folsom in June, there is one in Elk Grove in July, 1 in Sept. at the Crest Theatre and then the NPC Sac show usually in November. There are alos tons of shows through the year in the bay area, some in chico and fresno too.
