How I Started:
I've been working out since I was about 16(mostly aerobics at that time), as a young adult got into some weight lifting and then after I had my son, I hit the weights hard-core, started changing my diet and decided to compete in 2006 after being inspired by attending my 1st bodybuilding competition in 2005!
Why I Love It:
I love the way it makes me feel and the way I look. I love muscles!
How I Stay Motivated:
I've came this far and worked hard for the body that I've always wanted! I'm not going to give that up for anything!
BB Accomplishments:
3rd place - women's novice Bodybuilding July 8th, 2006. 3rd place - women's open Bodybuilding July 18, 2009.

Sorry Girl..been busy..I got selected for E8 so been working like crazy..The show was moved to Jun 6 on Ft. Lewis, I'm still thinking about doing it, also moving to Texas this summer, so you better be doing the Sac in July..hit me back
