When I Started:
Jul, 2005
How I Started:
Accidentally actually. I had lost 40 pounds, from a whopping 185, and feel a lot better. I'm looking to add some better definition and strength. I deserve it and so does my family! I work out as often as I can but it's sporatic.
Why I Love It:
I enjoy workng out especially now that I have one chin again. My two daughters can tell my energy is a lot better too and they are just toddlers! I'd like to make a good body better.
How I Stay Motivated:
My family and the honest to dear heaven feeling good every day. I also keep a picture of me at 185 lbs to keep me going back!
BB Accomplishments:
Just stay at 145, lose some remaining waistline to replace it with muscle.

This time I have slipped a bit but am not out of shape. I have tons of inspiration around me but motivation goes in yo-yo cycles. I'm on the rise obviously. Read me and cheer me on. As silly as it sounds, and I believe that all of you know. Motivations also can be uplifting from...
