Workout Program:
im going to start out with the 4 cycle classes i teach and start from there. I am really going to focus on my diet. I have been teaching cycle classes for a year now, sometimes 6 classes a week so i know my diet it the root of my problems.

I am going to loose the first 10 -12lbs with calorie intake and zig zagging my diet. Second 10lbs i am going to loose thrrough SB and zig zagging. the last 10lbs i am going to loose the carb cycling and a super clean diet.

I chose to go in phases so that i dont go from eating like a pig to super clean. I want to be successful this time around so i am going to go into it gradually. and i want to keep it off for ever. I am going to start lifting wieghts again when i am 167 or so.
i am 70% mesomorph i so i have ALOT of muscle.
