I have always been inconsistant with my training. More so now that i am married with kids. The biggest blow was my shoulder and back injuries. They are finally starting to subside. I have never been able to gain weight past 170 and have never really gained decent muscle size past a certain point. I havent had much trouble cutting up or getting lean. Most people want to look fit with their clothes off. I want to look fit with my clothes on. Being a PE teacher, i want to be a good example for my students. Being of small stature, it is hard to tell that i work out unless i take my shirt off or wear tight shirts. Looking fit gives me more credibility when teaching fitness to my students.
Reaching the goal of 170 and 8% bodyfat seems like a goal that i need just to prove to myself that i can do it. I have always been average at everything. Now is the time.
Did my long run today with sean. We did 12.75 miles in 2hours and 4 minutes. We used the 8/1 jog/walk method. We took 2 stops at his house to go to bathroom. We tried to make up some of the time by doing a 10 minute jog on our way out of the last leg. We broke it into 3 4+ mile...
