Goal (Long):
Gain enough momentum to have a full year of working out without taking off time, taking 1 step forward and 3 steps back. This seems to be th pattern in the past 10 years and amounts to alot of nothing but wasting time. Basically, I want to constantly be measuring progress and working toward a goal. My ideal size would be 170 pounds at 8% bodyfat. I would like to walk around at that size all year around. I want to get there and stay within 8-10 % bodyfat. I will go on small cycles of weight gain and small cylcles of cutting. The key is setting a program and sticking to it until i reach the short term goal. To me, once I am consistant with my training everything else seems to fall into place and it is easier to stay motivated to accomplish other things.
Im in the process of changing my workout. I have been doing 4-6 reps as heavy as possible in that range. Im now going to up the volume a bit and go for 8-12 reps. I tried a full body workout but it was too much. Today i did all upper body adn that seemed to be too much also. My...
