How I Started:
I always liked to workout and once I got a job, I got a membership! My mom you to be a personal trainer at Golds Gym back in the day!! My mom is 40yrs has 14.5 inch arms and doesnt even work out!:O
Why I Love It:
I love too see results! I like when people look at you and say that you look good! I like the pump, the pain, and the gain.
How I Stay Motivated:
I just think my body comes before anything else and I really enjoy training! Its a hobby!
BB Accomplishments:
Well since ive started training ive gained about 10lbs, while in the process of losing about 7% bodyfat, and adding muscle all over!!

I have been tryin to cut for a week now and I have seen next to no results! My stomache has always been a problem point for me cuz its hereditary! But I have been doin cardio twice a day and weight training and my diet has pretty much been dead on! What am I doing wrong? Well Im still gonna...
Just a good healthy clean diet. No alcohol and hard work in the gym is how im doin it. All natural here just take a good multi,protein,and fish oil. Get your diet down and get focused mentally you'll get where you wanna be. Good Luck Bro!!
Yeah gaba was better on the dream side not the sleep aid part. Oh well, kick ass dreams are awesome!! I use nothing for sleep now that I'm not in competition prep.
