How I Started:
I was just trying to get in shape and maybe build a little bit of chest muscle. When i signed up for my membership though they gave me a personal trainer who taught me how to work out. I started getting into it more and more as i saw my results quickly expanding.

You're about to hear something that I wish I practiced. You can't really do two opposing things to one object at the same time or you just go nowhere. Think about it.
When's the last time you tried to make something warm by putting it on a fire and throwing ice on it at the same time?

man, i thought you were trying to gain some weight, not lose a bunch to get cut. Or are you trying to do both, which is a LOT harder than it sounds but way more fun?
