How I Started:
I used to be able to eat whatever I wanted and never gain weight. Once I hit around 35 I started storing fat. My blood pressure was and sugar levels were high. My doctor told me to cut out fast food and work out for 20 min. to a half hour a day. So I thought if I need to work out, I am going to go all in or nothing.
Why I Love It:
I don't love bodybuilding or working out. I wish I didn't have to. But its like everything else in life, you get out of it what you put into it.
How I Stay Motivated:
If I do something consistantly I don't want to mess it up. So the more time I put in (working out and eating right) the easier it is to keep doing the right thing.
