How I Started:
I was really fat and had a really crappy self-image. I was in a size 42 pants and hated the way I looked in the mirror.
Why I Love It:
Seeing progress and I love fitting into nice clothes and looking good.
How I Stay Motivated:
Seeing the weight go was a huge help in staying motivated. Now I'm trying to find other ways.
BB Accomplishments:
Loosing 56 pounds and going from size 42 pants to 34 size pants.

thanks for leaving a comment, yea takeing time off was a mistake it was only a month but i screwed everything up. Needless to say, ive been working my way back up the past many months and and back to par & feel great.

Solid transformation and nothing wrong with maintenance for for a while. Don't know how to stay motivated now that weight is way down? Keep staring at traps, delts, chest/pecs and arms for a while. That should do it for now until more muscle and definition and that 8 pack show up. Andre
