How I Started:
As a kid I was very skinny and weak, so I started lifting weights in my grandmothers living room.
Why I Love It:
I love the high I get from working out with weights.
How I Stay Motivated:
I force myself to focus on the next increase in weight and then I go beyond it and that keeps me motivated just thinking about it.
BB Accomplishments:
Most of my accomplishments were in strength, but I am not getting any younger, so it is time to concentrate on bodybuilding not powerlifting.
