It actually wasn't I ate pretty clean but have not worked out in 1 week, I'm feeling like I'm behind on my goals

Looking good brotha. I want to get where you are and willing to do the hard work. Still learning as I go. I lift solo so it's hard at times but I'm still in it day to day music definitely helps. Do you have a posted routine... dont think I seen one?

The cut is working. I was sick with the flu for like 2 1/2 weeks... I was off more than on, no energy and such but I've been trying to eat right mostly to make up for lack of working out. Now I'm back full of energy and doing pretty good.
