How I Started:
I got started from a buddy I work with who trains in MMA. He invited me over for a couple of workout sessions and from there I started to pick things up on my own reading and educating myself on ways to improve my health and strength.
Why I Love It:
To me hard work equal good results. I want to look good for self FIRST and then become the motivation for my family to live a healthy lifestyle.
How I Stay Motivated:
It's hard but I surround myself with reminders of goals I want to accomplish.

I follow the workout routines that in Muscle and Fitness. I tend to look for 5 day splits, since my body responds to those the best.

Man, it's been crazy at work and have not been as consistent as I need to be.Dropped 6 pounds and put it right back on not eating properly.Fell off but I am back on. How is it going with you. Take care and thanks for the shout out.
