I am a student who has the worst eating habits and workout regime imaginable.i live off carbs and high fat fast foods which has literally gone straight to my hips.i want more shape in my 'soft' arms and legs.i want to drop my weight down to a healthy 65kgs and lower my bf% to 16-18.i want an abdomen to be proud of and i will ahcieve this within 12 months whether my body likes it or not!

What mistakes did you make when you first started working out?
Kept talking with my workout partner and didnt really get much done.now i realise how much i needa concentrate.also not using the equipment properly.i learnt the hard way lol

What is the one tip you would give somebody who is just getting started?
at first its going to hurt but you learn to get overit so just do it
