I have always battled weight - fat/thin my entire life - 'peaking' at 96kg (mainly fat!).
I decided a few years back that this has to stop as it was getting too hard as I got older. So I changed my lifestyle and got hooked on the gym.
No looking back now.

hey man. training's been great --taking advantage of sumemr and started doing some outdoor running. up to about 48 to 56 kilometers a week with my dog (talks less than the wife--LOL).
don't know what I'll do when our winter rears it's ugly head. keep hitting it hard--guys like you keep me motivated--prove it can be done.
