I have always battled weight - fat/thin my entire life - 'peaking' at 96kg (mainly fat!). I decided a few years back that this has to stop as it was getting too hard as I got older. So I changed my lifestyle and got hooked on the gym. No looking back now.

By imagining how I want to look/feel and seeing results.

This was taken after period of intense training and cutting. My best yet.
Doing ok - I think? Need to get some better photo's taken - soonish.....

Do you sometimes use energy enhancing supplements?
Yes
Which supplements do you take? When do you take them?
Have tried no explode (worked initially - now makes me feel sick).
Sometimes no doze for caffine hit.

Try not to use these types of supplements too often though.

Agreed...NoExplode is nasty. I switched to Intravol and get the same charge without the nausea (bummed out feeling).

hey man. training's been great --taking advantage of sumemr and started doing some outdoor running. up to about 48 to 56 kilometers a week with my dog (talks less than the wife--LOL). don't know what I'll do when our winter rears it's ugly head. keep hitting it hard--guys like you keep me motivated--prove it can be done.
