a tanning bed for a rooster!!! great idea.. ill ups it to you lol do you ever leave hawaii to come visit.. yeah they're coming along just have to be patient. i been feeling sick for a couple of days so i missed the gym ystrdy and this morning.. i feel horrible lol time thats gone to waste!! but id rather not pass out at the gym lol

look what you can do is go to the main page and enter the site. then on the left hand side you can find different categories.. click on exercises n then click on what you need workouts for.. also its important to change up your workout consistently cause you dont want your body to feel like its not working as hard as it used to

well do you have any friends that have goals similar to yours? or even anyone at home just to spot you. that way you can go heavy and really push your body

find a workout partner.. its good for someone to spot you bc you can go heavier and you need to push your body to get stronger. if you always do the same way it will be toned. u need to go heavy to get stronger. AND YOU NEED TO EAT ALOT!! increase you calorie intake eat alot of protein and eat about 6 times a day!

well thank you =) believe it or not i dont tan as much as ppl think i do lol this is a tan from like 5 years in track lol it hasnt faded hehe i tried tannin like twice to even out tanlines lol im sooo jealous of your abs.. so i guess we're even :)

lift heavy! lol get someone to spot you while you lift thats the only way you'll go heavier..even if you could just do a few reps as long as you push yourself. Eat clean..eat alot of protein to gain and recover muscle mass. and one of the most important things is to be patient!! im nowhere near my goal i want to bulk up a bit. But ur diet has alot to do with the results you will get. Are you taking a protein shake?
