How I Started:
Ive always been very athletic. I was in track and Cross country in high school. So i was always a cardio fanatic. I wanted to join powerlifting in High School.. but i cared too much about what my dad thought about it. He was against it, only because i was in cross country and if i started lifting heavy, i would gain weight and it would affect my times and performance in my races. totally made sense but i shouldnt have given up on what was in my heart.
Why I Love It:
I love working out because i love feeling like a woman has the ability to do anything a man can do. It makes me feel independent. And who doesnt like looking great.
How I Stay Motivated:
BODYBUILDING.COM lol seriously.. it took me a while to create an acct but i was always online looking at members. And my gym is great too, its a little local gym but man!, its great. Everyone that goes is there for one reason, to lift.. none of that socializing shit that goes on at other gyms. And the owner is great too its easy to stay motivated when everyone around you is motivated as well.

There is visible muscle in my legs and arms when flexing. But i want to be ripped lol i dont want to have to flex for there to be visible muscle. I want to get abs too lol and i really need to work on my shoulders.. they're so stubborn lol

I used to run alot but since i want to
gain muscle mass i know i shouldnt be
doing long distance. So got advice from
the gym owner and he told me to set the
treadmill for 10 min, incline it and walk
for one min and do lunges for one min..
and continue alternating for the 10 min.
