How I Started:
I actually started the diet first. And then after the initial weight loss, started excersizing. Some time the beginning of this year.
Why I Love It:
I NEVER thought I would enjoy working out. But I was hooked after going a few times. It is a great stree reliever!!
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motiviated by shopping for the cute, smaller clothes. I don't want to have to go to the big girls section anymore. Its nice to be able to wear a smaller size.

This was taken about 8 months into the diet. And down 53lbs. Size 6-8
My short term goal would be to get into a better routine. Eatting better and exercising daily. A better overall lifestyle.
Goal (Long):
I would love to transform my body into alot more muscle and alot less fat. A six pack would be awesome. I have had four kids and my body has not been the same since. I would like to transform my body into something that I can show off. And be proud of.
I was loosing pretty good but now am back up a few pounds. I am feeling pretty discusted right now. It is so hot here in Colorado. And the extra weight is very discouraging!!!!!
A few pounds is no big deal . Don't feel guilty, your not alone. Maybe it's time to do a gain phase. What i mean is, use this time to gain muscle instead of losing weight. Remember muscle burns fat by burning more calories. Oh SH** , it sounds like i know what i'm talking about.
