lifting to failure, high protien diet, and supplements. I only do abs at most twice a week, and each day, only 3 sets of 10 to 30. Each set is to failure. Diet, supps, protien, and failure that is the secret.
well my tip is to be focused and to have a real good grip thats the most important thing is having a good grip and a good technique if you have that their is no telling houw much you can bench
