lifting to failure, high protien diet, and supplements. I only do abs at most twice a week, and each day, only 3 sets of 10 to 30. Each set is to failure. Diet, supps, protien, and failure that is the secret.

its all in tweaking the diet... or just doing hella mad cardio... depends on which torture you prefer... doing both will get you ripped faster... ha

well my tip is to be focused and to have a real good grip thats the most important thing is having a good grip and a good technique if you have that their is no telling houw much you can bench
