My dad bought and old weight set when I was about 11 or 12. One summer I picked up the weights and started to play around and really liked it. Few days later I bought my first BB mag and learned some simple routines.I fell off when high school came along. It was when I had a two hour break in between classes in college, and since I commuted back and forth I needed something to fill my time....the gym was it.
Why I Love It:
Stress relief, meeting several different people w/ different insights, I feel better overall after a good workout.
How I Stay Motivated:
Good partner/trainer, Keeping in mind what how I want to look and how I never want to look.
BB Accomplishments:
Being able to drop 20 lbs of fat and looking forward to dropping more.

eat one day of higher carb intake and then a couple of days of really low carb intake.. I suggest reading up on this method, it's very good for shedding fat.

that great man i may well also be competing in september and am now dieting. its scary though as the weight comes off as i believe ime loseing muscle. However you just have to put that out of your mind and just keep focused. its good to hear from, how is traing at this time?
What's up? I like to take a look at those who stop by my BodySpace page. I see you've been looking at mine! Keep Liftin' BIG, Baby! Keep Reaching for those Goals!
only thng i can suggest is do a set of abs in between each set. I guy recc. me to do it and I thought it helped me shed a little more fat. He said it keeps ur HR up but still gives w.e. bodypart ur liftin time to rest, and i noticed a difference. GOOD LUCK
