I bought a nice road bike and now enjoy riding about 15 miles every other day, and LOVING it! guest I just up loaded a new pic of my quads, I need some of you advice on how to cut them up, I want all three main muscles to show and they don't. I've added size and strength to them over the past 5 months working them 2 x per week, but the cuts jsut aren't coming in like I want. I've been "ass to the grass" squatting them to death, deadlifts, lunges, extensions, ham curls etc. I've put on 9 lbs from all the leg work, so successful, but just not cut. I need help.
