So for all of those people out there who travel a lot and still manage to shred it up the more power to ya. I tried training in my hotels fintess center today and the all in one machine they have sucks. I could do 3 lifts and that was about it. If I had a pull up bar and 2 dumb bells I could...

Hey! I was gunna take up in ur advice and buying flax seed oil, but I was wondering, I already eat a lot of fish like salmon and tuna just cause I love fish! Would it still be necessary to buy fish oil?
