Weighing a buck ten at almost six feet tall doesn't give you much self-esteem. I felt shy, awkward, embarassed and that's what lit the fire.

What is the most dangerous weightlifting exercise? Why?
Squatting. Your entire body must be up to par in order to squat heavy and even if there is one weak spot, there goes your knee/back/neck/whatever. I start my new job on Sunday next week and hopefully that will hold me over for a while. Training has been slow, not making the strides I had been hoping for. I feel burnt out so the next few days I’m gonna chill out and kick back. Wednesday I’ll be back in the lifting game and once the local high school lets out I’ll start doing my track workouts too. Hopefully i can hit 195 this summer without much fat gain but if i lean out at 190ish i’ll be just as happy.
