jim3351 lookin pretty good max. why not post some stats and progress pics. wouldnty the tall lean build suit your stage/screen career better than bulking to 200? Brandon Bass Genetics do play a small role bc I can remember my chest was already somewhat big before I started training. Just hit with heavy free weights (barbells/dbs/dips). I NEVER do flyes...all presses for me and it works Hope this helps. May 25, 2009 9:43pm
