lookin pretty good max. why not post some stats and progress pics. wouldnty the tall lean build suit your stage/screen career better than bulking to 200? We have had some competitive dancers in the family and one professional. Good Luck. If ya post your body and career progress I'd like to follow. Jim

Genetics do play a small role bc I can remember my chest was already somewhat big before I started training. Just hit with heavy free weights (barbells/dbs/dips). I NEVER do flyes...all presses for me and it works Hope this helps.
