How I Started:
Was a Gym instructor over 10 years ago and left to become an electrician, stopped going the gym decided to pack in smoking but swapped it for food. Always tried to get back into it but things kept kicking me in the arse that stopped me from reaching my goal.

I think about taking my little boy on holidays and either being the fat dad who cant do anything because ashamed of body / too lazy and father son comps, so on and so forth. Not only that I should be the one setting an example, it really is not o.k to be stuffing your face full of crap and not doing exercise. I also play baning tunes on my i pod, that helps alot.
It's been a while, but I have not given up, in fact I'm rather pleased with myself, my last weigh in was 90kgs and I've started hitting the weights hard now. I can see such an improvement over the last few months. Got a weigh in tomorrow, not sure what to expect started weight training, so...
