I had was always into sports, and found working out the perfect way to compete at a top level.
Why I Love It:
The challenge, and reward of the ever so addicting pump. The feeling after a workout is the second best feeling in the world.
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivated by setting high goals, and listening to fuel injecting music. I also look at older pictures of myself frequently, as a reminder of what I do not want to look like.
BB Accomplishments:
As of present time the only accomplishment I have made was getting serious about the sport.

Taken after first month of year long workout plan.
Everybody has an inner beast inside of them, but don't know what to do with it. I believe by bodybuilding I have found a sport that fulfill's my inner beast's needs. I want to unleash my inner beast and see how far it will take me. Along the way I want to gain about 20 pounds of lean muscle with 3% bodyfat. I will push myself to the limit and unleash the beast.
Yesterday, I had to run the POPAT which is the obstacle course you have to run to be a certified police officer in N.C. Well I had no incentive to go hard on it. I had already passsed it to become a police officer, and I was not getting paid to do it, and lastly I had the best time in...

I received my much-needed transformation and lost over 50 lb’s in only 12 weeks by following the Body for Life program, it is not super easy but it isn’t so hard that you can’t achieve your goals. I believe that if you challenge yourself to be the best that you can be the results will be well worth the effort.
