I would love toget my abs extremely ripped by summer here in san diego. I workout 6 days a week pretty hard. I am pretty sure since I am a aspiring trainer and a Chef it is hard to not try things at work. My diet is decent but I want to be real

WheyFed There was tons of people when I was there. Too bad we didnt bump into eachother. I didnt do as well as I wanted, I did 89 pushups in 60 sec, took 3rd. Maybe next year. Did you get a lot of samples and free stuff? Jan 26, 2009 12:31pm

WheyFed You will have a blast at the expo. A lot of motivation and free samples. Ill be there sunday too and yes the max reps is on sunday for the pushups and pullups. Im doing the pushups, shootin for 100 in 60 secs. I hope to see you there. Jan 22, 2009 4:25pm

UGARX Hey man, you've got a great base physique to build on. Lean, long torso, and good definition. I'm trying to get down to where you are now so I can work towards that lean muscle and definition look. Good luck as you work towards your goals. You ought to be able to coordinate them both and become a chef that cooks for the healthy conscious. Good combination of the two. Jan 17, 2009 3:07pm
