I was always interested in sports, especially mma and combat sports, I was learning Russian Sambo and started to lift weights to get stronger and more powerfull
Why I Love It:
I love working out because it makes me fitter and stronger
How I Stay Motivated:
By checking my progress, not necessarily growing muscles just improving my stamina, power and my general fitness level also conditioning
BB Accomplishments:
I always had power, but after weights I feel it has tripled, so gaining more strenght and power is my major accomplishment
