"I am proud to be a natural bodybuilder. All I have achieved in my life is thanks to God who gives me a power to move on."

| I go to a gym with happiness and I am excited about every single workout. It is not possible to be a bodybuilder without loving what I do. Who wants to see results in this sport has to understand that this sport requires at least as much of sacrifice as dedicating yourself to a beloved person. Every real love is returned and the hours spent in a gym, all renunciation, denying yourself what you like and great discipline will generate results hundred more times in the bodybuilding. It is a great feeling to stand up on the stage in front of all the lights pointing at you, people looking at you, while you are showing what you have build up over those years of hard work. I do not want to right what I eat and how I trained here, since every individual’s body is different and everyone requires different approach to his or hers eating and training preparation. Since I compete as a natural bodybuilder, I do not take any forbidden resources. Using the banned substances stands against my principles and morals. I have chosen a longer, but better path to build up my muscles. The path that gives me a feeling that my body is being improved, not destroyed and killed.During the period of putting on my muscle size, I try to base my eating on 4g of protein plus 4g of sugar per 2 pounds. Then, I consume amines, creatine, minerals and vitamins. I drink a lot of liquids - 2 gallons per day (mostly water and green tea with no sugar). As far as the training goes, I rather try to train technically correctly than with heavy weights that need to be lifted for me with a help of two other people. I chose about such weight which I can lift 8 times at max in a one series. However, the weight I select also depends on specific muscle I work out.A victory of a competition is an award for all my effort. Even if I do not win, I am happy when I know I did all I could have done in order to win. It is important to stay motivated to win and not to give up. I might have lost many battles before, but, with my faith, I will win the overall war. Bodybuilding is the sport that taught me not to give up for any reason. I do not train for victories, but simply because I love bodybuilding as someone very close to me. My faith helped me so much and I am happy about doing what I do now. Who really wants to be successful in this sport has to do the same: love it, understand what it takes, and live by it 24 hours a day. |
