How did it all start? I remember exactly. When I was about 14 years old my dad brought me weights for lifting. Nothing amazing, but it was enough for the beginning. By the way, I was very skinny, I did not like to eat at all that time. I was an average guy. After some time of my home lifting training I started to see my body changes. That motivated me to work harder and devote myself to bodybuilding.
Why I Love It:
In the natural bodybuilding, what I do, judges do not really look who is bigger in size at first time, but they give more importance to an overall image a bodybuilder and his or hers performance. I do not compete in this sport with idea to beat everyone with my 24 inc biceps. I just want to feel good at the first place. If my biceps is 24 inch and I feel great, then it is ok with me. I put as much effort into bodybuilding as I can, but never so much that it would place a high price against my family and my friends. These are my limitation.
How I Stay Motivated:
fight for better life!!!!
BB Accomplishments:
The year 2002 was the year when I decided to use all my bodybuilding knowledge to become a champion. I wanted to become a natural bodybuilder who would not use any illegal means to get desired results. Natural bodybuilding focuses on the symmetry rather than size and on the truthfull greatness of feeling your own body based on everything that is natural.
I go to a gym with happiness and I am excited about every single workout. It is not possible to be a bodybuilder without loving what I do. Who wants to see results in this sport has to understand that this sport requires at least as much of sacrifice as dedicating yourself to a beloved...
Hi, just dropping you a line... Seeing how training is going? See you have not logged in sometime. Hope your still working out and growing HUGE!! - Aaron
Thank you so very much for wishing Judi a Happy Birthday. She sure was surprised and after seeing all the congratulatory comments it didn’t take long for her to become emotional and cry tears of happiness. It couldn’t have come at a better time because she is experiencing some severe symptoms from her Lupus and has had to temporarily back off weightlifting which has caused her to feel (although she won’t admit it) a bit depressed. Your words helped cheer her up.
God bless you.
I just thought that I would drop you a line to tell you that my wife, and your friend (bodyspace: judimax) is having a birthday on Saturday April 5th and is turning 48. I think she looks fantastic for not only 48 but for any age, but then again I am biased. If you get a chance she would be surprised (and love it) if you would drop by and wish her a Happy Birthday.
