How I Started:
A friend of mine took me to the gym when I was around 18 - I felt the pump for the first time and became addicted.
Why I Love It:
The same year I discovered BB I finally understood the movie, "Pumping Iron", Arnold says, "the 'pump' is like an orgasm". He was right! I never stopped

I want to cut-up eventually and define every muscle group - first increase muscle density or mass while losing fat to maintain my weight of 95 kg's. In other words, get body fat percentage somewhere between 7-9 % and then increase muscle size and density to around 110 kg's

I don't know I want to get down to 215 before I pay money to have it tested. The one at the Gym says 17.5 but I don't think it is all that acurate. Hows your training going.
