I think I have injured it from going heavy on the bench, so as soon as I am back to lifting im gonna go light on everything and mainly focus on my shoulders and back then after a couple months get some heavy chest exercises back into my routine

cheers, ermm not to shore tbh I aint been able to train my upper body for bout 2 an a half weeks and its lookin like atleast another 2 an a half again, Im gonna book an appointment with a private phsyo therapist and see what they can do :s hows training goin?
