I started working out because I never felt good about the way my body looked. I knew working out would be the key to a better self image.

Currently i'am doing the 4 Day Split as we call it, it goes like Chest Shoulders Triceps (CST) on Mon, Back n Biceps on Wed, Quads on Fri and Hamstrings & Calves on Sat. The rest like Tue & Thu is Abss and cardio and sunday rest day.
