Background

When I Started: Jun 2005
HOW I STARTED:

i started wen i was just a 114 lbs for an obvious reason...to gain weight......after being teased quite a lot for being so skinny change had to come....

WHY I LOVE IT:

Im here more than 60 lbs heavier, stronger, quicker, healthier...its not just a simple sport...body building is an art that is hard to master but im still trying to learn a bit....

miller4554 I just started the second can and I have noticed an overall size increase. My physique is going through a lot of changes and has not been very consistent. I definitely have noticed my mood swings (some days I'm ok, but other days I'm slightly depressed or agitated for no reason). I hope that helps. Jul 4, 2008 9:32pm
