i started wen i was just a 114 lbs for an obvious reason...to gain weight......after being teased quite a lot for being so skinny change had to come....
Why I Love It:
Im here more than 60 lbs heavier, stronger, quicker, healthier...its not just a simple sport...body building is an art that is hard to master but im still trying to learn a bit....
How I Stay Motivated:
Thers nothing that can motivate anyone....Motivation is something that comes from inside you....either its there or it isnt

I just started the second can and I have noticed an overall size increase. My physique is going through a lot of changes and has not been very consistent. I definitely have noticed my mood swings (some days I'm ok, but other days I'm slightly depressed or agitated for no reason). I hope that helps.

i gained 10 pounds in 4 weeks. it was solid muscle mass. i kept the weight . but lost some definition.

I guess my best answer is supplements work differently for each person, yes i got something out of it, and the negatives wasn't enough to make it not worth while. But it wasn't magic either.

I had bigorexia, that´s the reason why I don´t wanna compete, why I hate the beach, why I hate thight clothes etc... Kre-Alkalyn, Whey and a Mass Gainer are always a good choice for mass-building...

makes me feel mean and upset a lot but i did get stronger off of it. incline benching 305 on my 4th set but i felt like a monster a lot of times.

Animal pac huh? Ive seen their ads in Muscle & Fitness, and you men must be very strange beings, because they have the most brutish,crazy looking men in the pics, they look like the HULK! Can women take Animal Pac?I I gotta smell this...curiousity always kills the cat, but Im cuuuurrious!!
