i wanna gain 25 lbs of muscle and have 10% body fat or less
Goal (Long):
two years ago i broke my pelvis snowboarding and wasn't able to walk for 4 months and i ate very un-healthy, i ended up 250-ish lbs and i wasn't very happy with myself. i've since lost all that weight and then some leaving me at 190 lbs now, but i also lost a lot of muscle, so i want to gain 25 lbs of muscle and maintain my current body fat percentage which i think is around 10%, but i haven't had it measured. specifically i want larger bi's/tri's, larger delts, a larger chest and toned abs.
