It is my "therapy" from the stresses that come my way during the day. It is the best part of my day, and I now always look forward to it.
How I Stay Motivated:
by looking at old pics of myself, reminding myself to never go backwards, otherwise, what was the point of putting in the work to getting where I am now and will go in the future.

to date, lost/converted 102 lbs., and still counting...I'm not done yet.

Goal (Long):
I have lost (and probably converted) a significant amount of weight over the last year and a half (102 lbs to be exact). I want to get more defined, and maybe lose/convert another 15-20 lbs. I have areas that definitely need to be tightened up, and the last thing I want to do is...well, the point is that I want to do it THE RIGHT WAY, and no other way.

When I got serious with my diet, I followed Dr. Ian Smith's Celebrity Fit Club Fat Smash diet. I did two rotations of it, and it definitely helped.
