Background

When I Started: Jun 2006
HOW I STARTED:

I joined the Marine Corps out of High school. Really wish i would have started when i played Football. But I really Got into Working out and everything at the Start of my last Deployment.

WHY I LOVE IT:

Makes me feel amazing after a good work out. And In my line of work you need to be in shape. "The more you sweat in training the less you bleed in war"

Heavy Heart

One year ago today, I got a call from a buddy of mine with really bad news. He told me that a fellow Marine and good friend of ours gave the ultimate scarfice is Afganastan. It was a hard phone call for me to get. I can't even amagine how it was for his wife and family. I carry his memory with me every day. When I'm in the middle of a hard workout and I dont think that I can keep going, his memory keeps me going. I know he wouldn't want one tear shed about him. So I remember the good times. I just wish that I could have been there for his memorial.

So after I ran out of my pre-work supplement and had chest and tri's the next day, my wonderful wife can home with two bottles of that new C4 pre-work out. So, i'm back in it!

So yesterday I ran out of my Pre-work out stuff. Not to much of a big deal really. But, its like carring a gun, better to have it and not need it then to need it and not have it. I think that it has a big Phycilogical affect that most people don't reallize. I mean look at the beast of a man named Arnold. During his career they didn't have anything. He didn't use Protein, Pre-workout, nothing. So, its chest and tri day and I'm going to go at it the way I always do. Just like the Marine Corps, expect the worst and pray for the best.
