Never really seriously lifted until the training camp of my first year in college football, really got me hooked.
Why I Love It:
It is the greatest anxiety release in the world, and you get no better feeling than after a good workout. I have had a lot of shitty things happen in life and the weight room is the one place I always love going.
How I Stay Motivated:
Since the first day of college something always seems to happen to to rub my face in the dirt, so I go to the gym with the goal of getting just shredded and proving all the naysayers wrong. The movie Pumping Iron never hurts either.
BB Accomplishments:
Haven't had any I'd consider major yet, that is to come.
I want to put on as much shredded muscle mass as I can to do a show for the first time.
Goal (Long):
I want to get the more natural physique of the golden age of bodybuilders, the Arnolds, Columbo's, Ed Corney types. I have the frame to get that sort of body, now it's just about putting in even more work. I'm pretty big already, but need some advice to really start slabbing on some defined muscle mass overall. I'm not caught up in how much weight I can put up, but I want a physique that is somethin special.
