Bench Press 4 sets
Dumbell flies 3 sets
Military Press 4 sets
Pour the milk 3 sets
Dips 3 sets
Tri Pushdowns 3 sets

Workout B Legs, Back, Bi
Deadlift 4 sets
Leg Press 4 sets
Calf Raise 4 sets
T-bar row 4 sets
Pulldowns 3 sets
Ez bar curl 2 sets
Hammer curl 2 sets
