thanks man. suggestion for legs..yeah work them hard at least twice a week. Squats, leg press, curls, extensions and calfs raises. Make sure you're taking in the right amount of protein to help you grow and eat good clean foods. You'll do well. You already have the ground laid for you. keep it up bud.
hey man...i started when i was like 15...and i was probably around 160. when i was 20 i was probably around 185. i'm not naturally lean, though. my contest weight in the pictures was about 170.
Hi, I was wondering if you ever get tingles in wrists or elbows, or ever had? I occasionally in my wrist or elbow (left arm), doing incline DB presses. Have you ever experienced similar?
Thanks
Thanks for accepting! Great results of your training! Specially biceps and shoulders! Keep working as before and I hope you will be able to reach all your goals! Hos is going yout training?
I don't remember if I might have PM'ed you about something. I am getting a lot more serious and might have asked a question at one time. Anyway, thanks for responding. Good profile. Keep working hard and good luck.
I recommend Muay Thai, It is the best thing that ever happened to me. Be careful though and make sure your teacher is really a fighter and not just some joker who got certified in 3 weeks for 5 grand and has never had a fight. I train at SACAN under Neal Rowe and he is the best teacher I have ever had.
