I've got some progress pics up now. Well, I'll call them "progress pics." I don't think I'm progressing as well as I should be, or would like, but like you said, slow and steady. Your updated pics are really good, Shawn. I can see good difference in muscle tone. I'll see what August brings when I reassess myself. Keep me posted, and take care.

Oh, I forgot......as far as what week to count this as....start with whatever week you left off. Time off is time off. If you're not training, it shouldn't count as a training week. Good luck.

Just checked your forum update. You're looking AWESOME, Shawn! I've had to take some time off, too, but I didn't have the success that you've had. Looks like some free time has helped. You've added some muscle, and abs are much more defined. Keep it up, bud. I'm trying to get back into my program, too.
