I actually been working out longer.But this is the most ive been dedicated.The beginning of this year after going through a big down point in my life.i decided to re focus on my self. I met a girl and got side tracted. But now im back on track! I'm still having trouble gaining weight. But Im not gonna stop till i reach my goals.
Why I Love It:
I love it because....The looks I get from women as i was walk by them.I can see them smiling and staring at my "guns" lol. For real.its such a great feeling.Esp from the older women.I see there eyes go from normal to glowing as im walkn towards them.im not being cocky.i just call it like it see it.
How I Stay Motivated:
By looking at my self in the mirror every morning. Going on bodyspace.seeing all these big ripped dudes. Doing what they enjoy. Making money off of there bodies.By being spokes models, fitness trainier's,etc!
BB Accomplishments:
not really anything major.just slowly seeing my body change from a skinny 115-125 lb guy to what i am now.
I want to go from 135 to 160 or so and than cut to 155.
Goal (Long):
I believe i have poland syndrome.I want to be able to build my right pectoral muscle and have a even chest along with a bigger chest and more muscles every where.so far ive been doing a good job. but good use some good coaching advice or tips. i don't want to get surgery done since its so costly.
Ok so I orderd DOuble T 's No beta and VPX No Synthesize! Both contain beta alanine. I took 7 no beta pills for pre workout. And took No Synthesize for intra and post. NOT a good idea.Actually taking 7 no beta pills aint a good idea either.In my case. I have sensitive allergies I guess.But......
i assume you're talking about the 150.2 down to 144ish in two days? lack of food/appetite. working through lunch due to being busy. foods expensive lol
