Off Season:
I like to train each body part one time per week.
I do cardio 2-3 times per week (spin class or treadmill)
Abs - I train every other day. I do just one exercise to exhaustion switching every session.
Contest Prep.
I'll do the same type of training, but I really focus on my weaker areas and train them twice a week.
The cardio I will max out on two sessiond per day of (1 hour each - morning & night)
Of course practice those poses...the earlier the better!!! |
