I live in Makawao. The shows that I have done in Hawaii have all been in Oahu. I did the USA's in Vegas a couple of years ago. Your prograss pics look great. I can tell by reading your profile that you are very confident. Honestly if you do your work in the gym, it all comes down to confidence. Keep up the great work. Mabey I ran into you around the island while you were here. I trained @ 24 hr. fitness. Good luck to you please keep in touch :)

I'm doing good. I am looking to get some diet advise for my next show. I am also thinking about trying fitness for a local show in March next year.

I did not do the PC. I am really excited for the StingRey Classic. I don't think I have put on much size since my last competition but I think my stage presentation is tons better and I think I'll lean out a little better this time. Trial & error.
