Yesterday marked the first time that I have been accused of being "obsessed"with my training and meals. Now, this is my 2nd time around on the hardcore trainer (a year ago) and yielded some great results. I made some mistakes along the way, but they primed me for more successful transformation this time around, and got me into creating a physique.
