Hey man, it's going great. Trying to gain strength while reducing fat at the same time. Check out my workout tracker sometime! I try to log all my weights while bloging about my cardio. Fun times, stay in touch!
Thanks for the add and the nice comment :) I actually am usually in shape, I just let myself go last summer because the kids were home from school - it just shows how quickly it can slip away!
I suggest you check out the 12-week Body for Life program. It really works at getting rid of bodyfat as well as getting you into great shape. It gives you a great nutrition plan along with both weightlifting and cardio routines. My wife (bodyspace: judimax) went from a size 12/14 to a 4/6 and I lost over 50 lbs going from 36 to 10% bodyfat in just 12 weeks with the BFL program. We were both amazed at the results and you may be too. Let us know if you would like more info.
There is no better feeling than the one you get after a good workout with weights. Try to push yourself to be the best that you can be and you will be amazed at the changes and the speed at which they can occur.
