When I Started:
Mar, 2008
How I Started:
I started with powerlifting, but then I became fascinated with nutrition. I began to shed bodyfat, and lost strength. I became fascinated with uncovering my hard-won muscles...the rest just fell into place.
Why I Love It:
I love the science behind finding what works with diet, exercise, and supplements. I love feeling like I have control of my body, instead of wishing it could be taller or skinnier. It's one sport where your personal best is the goal, and hard work always shows.
How I Stay Motivated:
By remembering what it felt like to step on stage fully confident.
BB Accomplishments:
NPC: 1st place, lightweight FBB (2009)

There are not enough women in the bodybuilding community who are going out and contributing the information available to women. She inspires me to push myself and to share my experience with others as I go along.
heya, wow what an amazing transformation, how did u do it. So much more lean ripped muscle and only in 2 months. You go girl, cant wait to see ur next progress pics. Hows training coming along ?
I like to do both in the same WO. You will def get more middle back w/ bent-over barbell rows. Flexing the back is harder, it just takes practice. You might add some lat exercies to help blast your back.
I personally love deadlifts and weighted hyperextensions for lower back. One the hyperextensions if you split a set in half, say 10 move from straight to up and the next 10 go from bent over all the way to straight, it can be a good shocker.
My favorite middle back exercise is bent-over barbell rows.
